Properties The Company uses the following principal physical properties in connection with the manufacturing, sales and services of graphite electrodes, pins and corporate administrative operations, all of which serve its onl y reportable segment, Industrial Materials . The total capacity utilization, reflecting production volume as a percentage of production capacity, of our graphite electrode manufacturing facilities in Calais, France, Monterrey, Mexico and Pamplona, Spain, was 44% and 78% for the years ended December 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022, respectively. Production capacity reflects expected maximum production volume during the period depending on product mix and expected maintenance outage. Actual production may vary. Our properties located in St. Marys, Pennsylvania and Port Lavaca, Texas are encumbered by our 2018 Credit Agreement, 2020 Senior Secured Notes and our 2023 Senior Secured Notes.
