Item 2. Properties.
Our principal facilities consist of office and laboratory space. We occupy approximately 15,000 square feet of office and laboratory space in Waltham, Massachusetts under a sublease that currently expires in December 2021. Additionally, we have signed a lease that expires in January 2030 for approximately 68,000 square feet of office and laboratory space in Waltham, Massachusetts and plan to move into this space in the second half of 2021. We believe our facilities are adequate and suitable for our current needs and that should it be needed, suitable additional or alternative space will be available to accommodate our operations.
