Our mailing address is 3525 Del Mar Heights Rd., #322, San Diego, California
92130. In February 2026, we leased a small office location on a month-to-month basis, available for use by any of our employees. All of
our employees work remotely. We believe our virtual work structure and small office space is adequate to meet our current needs, although
we may seek to negotiate a new lease or evaluate additional or alternate space for our operations. We believe appropriate alternative
space would be readily available on commercially reasonable terms.
