On November 1, 2024, CBIZ acquired the attest business of Marcum, which we had previously engaged as our independent registered public accounting firm. On April 3, 2025, Marcum resigned as our independent registered public accounting firm as a result of such acquisition, and with the approval of the Audit Committee, CBIZ was engaged as our new independent registered public accounting firm.
