ITEM 2. PROPERTIES. We do not own any real estate or other physical properties materially important to our operations. Our principal executive offices were previously located at 1 East Broward Boulevard, Suite 700, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. The cost for this space is included in the $10,000 per month fee that we will pay to our sponsor or an affiliate for office space, administrative and support services. We have ceased making the $10,000 per month fee as the agreement has been cancelled in March 2026. Our current principal executive offices are located at 420 Lexington Avenue, Suite 1402, New York, NY 10170. We consider our current office space adequate for our current operations.
