ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
We do not own any real estate or other properties. As of September 30, 2020, we operate six locations in the United States and one location in Kampala, Uganda; occupying a total of approximately 122 thousand square feet. The Company's corporate headquarters is located at 3565 Piedmont Road NE, Building 3 Suite 700, Atlanta, Georgia 30305, we presently maintain a National Capital Region office in Silver Spring, Maryland. All of our offices are in reasonably modern and well-maintained buildings and we believe that our facilities are adequate for present operations and the foreseeable future. Our leases expire between 2021 and 2031.
For the fiscal year ended September 30, 2020, the Company's total lease expense was approximately $4.2 million. See Note 6. Leases in the Consolidated Financial Statements contained in the Annual Report on Form 10-K for additional information regarding our lease commitments.
