Market Information and Holders
Our common stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "DK." As of February 20, 2025, there were approximately 127 common stockholders of record. This number does not include beneficial owners of our common stock whose stock is held in nominee or "street name" accounts through brokers. The transfer agent for our common stock is Equiniti Trust Company, LLC, 48 Wall Street, Floor 23, New York, NY 100005.
Dividends
On August 1, 2022, our Board of Directors voted to reinstate the quarterly cash dividend. Our Board of Directors will consider the declaration of a dividend on a quarterly basis, although there is no assurance as to future dividends since they are dependent upon future earnings, capital requirements, our financial condition and other factors.

(1) On November 6, 2018, our Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program for up to $500.0 million of Delek common stock. On August 1, 2022 and September 3, 2024, the Board of Directors approved an approximately $170.3 million and $400.0 million increase, respectively, in the share repurchase authorization, bringing the total amount available for repurchases under current authorizations to $562.0 million. As of December 31, 2024, there was $543.6 million of authorization remaining under Delek's aggregate stock repurchase program. This authorization has no expiration. Any share repurchases under the repurchase program may be implemented through open market transactions or in privately negotiated transactions, in accordance with applicable securities laws. The timing, price, and size of repurchases will be made at the discretion of management and will depend on prevailing market prices, general economic and market conditions and other considerations. The repurchase program does not obligate us to acquire any particular amount of stock and does not expire.
