telephone number is (212) 213-0243. Our executive offices are provided to us by an affiliate of our sponsor. Commencing on the date that the Company’s securities were first listed on Nasdaq through the earlier of the consummation of the initial
business combination and the Company’s liquidation, the Company began to reimburse an affiliate of the sponsor for office space, administrative and support services provided to the Company in the amount of $10,000 per month. We consider our
current office space adequate for our current operations.

To the knowledge of our management, there is no litigation currently pending or contemplated against us, any of our officers or directors in their capacity as such or against any of our property.
