Our executive offices are located at 4218 NE 2 nd Avenue,
Miami, FL 33137, and our telephone number is (305) 573-3900. The cost for our use of this space is included in the $15,000 per month fee
we pay to an affiliate of our Sponsor for office space, administrative and shared personnel support services, pursuant to the Administrative
Services Agreement. We consider our current office space adequate for our current operations.

To
the knowledge of our Management Team, there is no material litigation currently pending or contemplated against us, any of our officers
or directors in their capacity as such or against any of our property.
