Our corporate headquarters is located at 838 Walker Road, Suite 21-2105, Dover, Delaware 19904, and we also maintain leased
office space in Texas and Florida. Our data center facilities include leased sites in Alabama, North Dakota, and Texas and owned sites
in Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Oklahoma. We believe our facilities are suitable and adequate for our current operations.
