Our corporate headquarters is located at 210 Barton Springs Rd., Austin, Texas 78704. In addition, we mine bitcoin for our own account and for third-party hosting customers at our owned and leased facilities in Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, North Dakota, and Texas, with approximately 592MW of operating electric power as of December 31, 2022. We lease with an option to purchase at a nominal amount our facility in North Dakota. We also owned a property in Oklahoma that remains substantially undeveloped.We believe that our facilities are suitable to meet our current and anticipated near term needs.
