have operating facilities in Bothell, Washington and Miami, Florida.
We
lease approximately 9,400 square feet of office and laboratory space in Bothell, Washington under a lease agreement expiring in January
2024.
We also lease office space in Miami, Florida under
a lease that expires in August 2024.
The
Company believes that its properties are suitable for their intended purposes and have capacities adequate for current and projected
needs related to the Company’s programs.
