MARKET FOR REGISTRANT’S COMMON EQUITY, RELATED STOCKHOLDER MATTERS, AND ISSUER PURCHASES OF EQUITY SECURITIES Our Common Stock is currently quoted on the Expert Market marketplace of OTC Markets Group, Inc., an inter-dealer quotation system, under the symbol “CJAX.” Our stock has been previously quoted on OTC Pink marketplace. Quotations in Expert Market securities, however, are restricted from public viewing. However, there is currently only a very limited trading market for our Common Stock and there is no assurance that a regular trading market will ever develop. As of November 6, 2023, there were 54 stockholders of record of our Common Stock. Dividends We have never declared or paid any cash dividends on our common stock. We currently intend to retain future earnings, if any, for working capital purposes and do not anticipate paying any cash dividends in the foreseeable future.
