Item 2. Properties.
As of December 31, 2023, we had 36 offices in 16 countries, with our headquarters located in Princeton, New Jersey. We lease or sublease all of our offices. None of our facilities are used for anything other than general office use. We believe that our facilities are suitable and adequate for our operations and we anticipate that additional suitable space will be available when needed.
As of December 31, 2023, our material operating locations, which we define as the facilities we lease with more than 10,000 square feet, were as follows:
