Our common stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “BDC.” As of February 11, 2026, there were 178 record holders of common stock of Belden Inc.
We have a share repurchase program which allows us to purchase our common stock through open market repurchases, negotiated transactions, or other means, in accordance with applicable securities laws and other restriction s. This program is funded with cash on hand and cash flows from operating activities and does not have an expiration date. During 2025, we repurchased 1.7 million shares of our common stock for an aggregate cost of $194.6 million at an average price per share of $113.00. As of December 31, 2025, we had $145.4 million of authorizations remaining under the program.
