In connection with the Split-Off, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty entered into a facilities sharing agreement with Atlanta Braves Holdings, pursuant to which Atlanta Braves Holdings shares office facilities with Liberty located at 12300 Liberty Boulevard, Englewood, Colorado, 80112.
