Our
executive offices are located 1601 Anita Lane, Newport Beach, CA 92660-4803, and our telephone number is 646-543-5060. The cost for our
use of this space is included in the $5,000 per month fee we pay to BHM, the managing member of our Sponsor for certain office space,
utilities and secretarial and administrative support, pursuant to the Administrative Services Agreement. We consider our current office
space adequate for our current operations.

To
the knowledge of our Management Team, there is no material litigation currently pending or contemplated against us, any of our officers
or directors in their capacity as such, or against any of our property.
