Our common stock began trading on the NYSE American
under the symbol “AUMN” on March 19, 2010. Effective December 16, 2024, our common stock was delisted from the NYSE American
and commenced trading on the OTC Pink Sheets. Effective February 3, 2025, our common stock commenced trading on the OTCQB Venture Marketplace.
Our common stock is also listed on the Toronto
Stock Exchange (“TSX”), and trades under the symbol “AUMN”.
As of March 31, 2026, we had 104 record holders of our common stock
of record based upon the stockholders list provided by our transfer agent, Computershare Trust Company, N.A.
