The Company’s headquarters
is a virtual facility with an address in Cornelius, North Carolina. Having a virtual headquarters has allowed Alpha Modus to operate with
minimal overhead that was not needed to support its current staff. Operations, research and development functions are currently conducted
virtually, and Alpha Modus believes its current virtual facility is adequate and suitable for its current needs. Alpha Modus’ plans
to expand licensing the ‘571 family of patents through a small internal sales team will require Alpha Modus to secure a suitable
alternative space to accommodate its operations. Alpha Modus does not own any real property. For the years ended December 31, 2024 and
2023, the Company’s facility expenses were $0 and $0, respectively.
