US short interest

FINRA has no exchange-listed short interest row for US in the current settlement file. That happens when a symbol trades over the counter, has been delisted, has not listed yet, or is a share class FINRA files under a different symbol. It does not mean the short interest is zero, and nothing is estimated in its place.
