Our principal executive office is located at 250 West 34 th Street,
3 rd Floor, New York, New York, pursuant to a license agreement that expires in April 2027, with the option to extend until
April 2028. This footprint aligns with the number of employees expected to collaborate in person on any given day, in line with our “Work
Smart” philosophy described in Business – Human Capital Resources . We believe that this space is sufficient to meet
our needs until the expiration of the license agreement.
