ITEM 2. PROPERTIES.
We do not own any significant real property, but
our subsidiary leased approximately 2,686 square feet of primarily office space in Connecticut used in connection with our Precision Logistics
segment for the year ended December 31, 2025. In January 2026 we entered into a lease termination agreement, whereby the lease was terminated
as of February 15, 2026 and our Precision Logistics segment is not currently leasing any real property. We do not anticipate any difficulty
in obtaining alternative space in the future, if we decide to lease space for our Precision Logistics segment.
