Market Information
Our common stock began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on April 28, 2015 and trades under the symbol “VKTX”. Prior to April 28, 2015, there was no public market for our common stock. Warrants to purchase shares of our common stock issued as part of the underwritten public offering in April 2016 began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “VKTXW” effective April 8, 2016.
Holders of Record
As of December 31, 2020, there were approximately five stockholders of record of our common stock and one holder of record of our publicly traded warrants. Certain shares and warrants are held in “street” name and, accordingly, the number of beneficial owners of such shares is not known or included in the foregoing number.
Performance Graph
We are a smaller reporting company, as defined by Rule 12b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and are not required to provide a performance graph.
