Our facilities consist of office space in San Diego, California. We lease approximately 7,149 square feet of space for our headquarters in San Diego, California under an agreement that expires on January 31, 2022. We believe that our existing facilities are adequate to meet our current needs, and that suitable additional alternative spaces will be available in the future on commercially reasonable terms.
