ITEM 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS We are involved in various claims and litigation arising principally in the ordinary course of business. We believe that adequate provision for resolution of all current claims and pending litigation has been made and that the disposition of these matters will not have a material adverse effect on our results of operations and liquidity or on our financial condition. We previously disclosed that the Pennsylvania Attorney General was conducting a review of our construction of stucco homes in Pennsylvania after January 1, 2005 and had requested that we voluntarily produce documents and information. The Company complied with the Attorney General’s request by producing information and documents in response to a subpoena issued in the second quarter of fiscal 2019. Because the Attorney General has requested no further information from the Company, we do not expect to include this disclosure in future filings unless a material development occurs. ITEM 4.
