As of February 12, 2025, there were 2,073 holders of record of the Common Stock. Because many of our shares of common stock are held by brokers and institutions on behalf of stockholders, we are unable to estimate the total number of beneficial owners of our stock represented by these stockholders of record. Dividends We intend to use future earnings to fund the development and growth of our businesses. Therefore, we do not anticipate paying any cash dividends in the foreseeable future.
