We do not own any real property. Our corporate headquarters are located in Chicago, Illinois, where we lease approximately 128,000 square feet of office space pursuant to a lease that expires in 2028. In January 2020, we entered into a new lease agreement for an office in Seattle, Washington with a lease commencement date in September 2020 and an expiration date of January 31, 2031.
We also entered into a new lease agreement for an office in Dublin, Ireland with a lease commencement date in July 2022 and an expiration date of June 30, 2024.
We believe that our facilities are suitable to meet our current needs.
Item 3. Legal Proceedings
From time to time, we are involved in various legal proceedings arising from the normal course of business. We are not currently a party to any material pending legal proceedings.
