Seneca Bancorp’s common stock is quoted on the OTCQX Market under the trading symbol “SNNF.” Trading in the Company’s common stock commenced on October 16, 2025. As of March 1, 2026, there were 1,800,141 shares of the Company’s common stock issued and outstanding, and approximately 229 stockholders of record.
