We currently expect to construct a full-service branch with drive-through on this land and open the branch in early 2027. Additionally, in 2024, we purchased 2.5 acres of land in Clay, New York, directly across from the future site of the Micron Technology, Inc. semiconductor fabrication facility, where we intend to establish a branch office in the future. This strategic investment positions us to support the economic growth expected in our region and to provide financial solutions to businesses and families as this transformative development takes shape.
