ITEM 5 – OTHER INFORMATION Rule 10b5-1 Trading Arrangements Durable Sell to Cover 10b5-1 Trading Arrangements The officers (as defined in Rule 16a-1(f) of the Exchange Act) listed in the table below each adopted a Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement intended to satisfy the affirmative defense conditions of Rule 10b5-1(c)(1) during the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2023.
