On June 7, 2022, we announced that our Board of Directors increased the availability under the existing stock repurchase plan to $550.0 million and extended the expiration date to June 7, 2024. On August 15, 2022, we announced that our Board of Directors increased the availability under the existing stock repurchase plan to $1.1 billion and extended the expiration date to August 15, 2024. On July 31, 2024, we announced that our Board of Directors increased the availability under the existing stock repurchase plan to $1.5 billion and extended the expiration date to August 15, 2026.
