Our corporate headquarters
is located at 1185 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036. We currently lease approximately 2,842 square feet of office space at
20 Mamilla Street, Jerusalem, Israel under a lease that expires in August 31, 2030.
We believe that our existing
facilities are suitable and adequate to meet our current business requirements. In the event that we should require additional or alternative
facilities, we believe that such facilities can be obtained on short notice at competitive rates.
