PROPERTIES
We currently own and manage five commercial real estate properties: Satellite Place located in Duluth, GA, 1300 Main, First & Main and Main Street West in Napa, CA, and Woodland Corporate Center Two
in Woodland, CA. We also own and manage four residential apartments: Commodore Apartments and The Park View Apartments (f/k/a as Pon De Leo Apartments), located in Oakland, CA, Hollywood Property located in Los Angeles, CA, and
Shoreline Apartment Homes located in Concord, CA.
