The
Company does not own any real estate or other properties. The Company maintains an operating lease for its office space and operating
facility for the Two Trees business in Fletcher, North Carolina, which has a remaining term of 2 months as of December 31, 2025, which
the Company renewed in January 2026 through February 28, 2029. The Company also maintains an operating lease for its RF Specialties facility
in Mills River, North Carolina, with a remaining term of 4.5 years. We believe these facilities to be sufficient to meet our needs for
the foreseeable future and that any additional space we may require will be available on commercially reasonable terms.
