Our
headquarters is located in Waltham, Massachusetts, where we lease approximately 5,000 square feet of office space. Our Waltham
lease expires in December 2024. We also lease approximately 3,500 square feet of office space located in Foster City, California
which expires in July 2022. When the Foster City lease expires, we are likely to continue to lease office space in California. We
believe that our existing facilities, as well as facilities available for rent, are sufficient for our current needs and our needs for
the foreseeable future.
