We
currently rent for our principal executive offices approximately 3,000 square feet until February 2025 for approximately $4,500 per month.
We believe that our current office space is adequate for the foreseeable future.
Iveda
Taiwan leases for its principal executive offices in Taiwan, comprised of three suites totaling approximately 4,567 square feet.
Iveda Taiwan pays an aggregate of approximately $3,136 per month under the terms of the three leases, which expire on June 30, 2024,
September 15, 2024 and September 11, 2024.
