We do not own any real estate or other physical
properties materially important to our operations. We maintain our principal executive offices at Room 1108, 11th Floor, Block B, New
Mandarin Plaza, 14 Science Museum Road, Tsimshatsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The cost for this space is provided to us by our Sponsor,
as part of the $10,000 per month payment we make to it for office space and related services. We consider our current office space adequate
for our current operations.
