Item 2. Properties.
On August 12, 2024, the Company entered into an operating lease agreement for approximately 10,629 square feet of office, research and development and light manufacturing space located in located at 84 October Hill Road, Suite 11, Holliston, Massachusetts. The term of the lease ends on August 31, 2027. The space will continue to serve as the Company’s corporate headquarters and incorporate manufacturing, laboratory, development, sales and marketing, and administration functions. We believe our current facilities are adequate for our needs for the foreseeable future.
