On May 13, 2024 , Bertrand Loy , a member of our Board of Directors , adopted a trading plan intended to satisfy the affirmative defense available under Rule 10b5-1(c) (the “Trading Plan”) in connection with the exercise of options to purchase shares of our common stock expiring on November 13, 2024 and the sale of the underlying shares.
