may from time to time be subject to legal and administrative proceedings and claims that arise in the ordinary course of business. We
are not currently involved in any legal proceedings and we are not aware of any pending or threatened material legal or administrative
proceedings against us. We do not believe that any claims exist where the outcome of such matters would have a material adverse effect
on our con assurance such legal proceedings will not have a material impact on future results.
