−Removed: The Philadelphia Air Management Services (“PAMS”) notified the Company in November 2021 of certain alleged violations involving emission control equipment at the Company’s manufacturing facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which in each case were self-reported by the Company and subsequently corrected.
