Item 2. Properties We lease our corporate headquarters, which is located at 2905 Premiere Parkway, NW, Suite 300, Duluth, Georgia 30097. In November 2024, we acquired real estate in Sandy Springs, Georgia to serve as our future corporate headquarters. We anticipate the relocation to our new corporate headquarters during the second half of 2025. We also have a corporate office in Texas. The operations of our TCA business are located in leased office space in Utah.
