Market Information
Our common stock began trading on
Nasdaq on April 1, 2022 under the symbol “XPON.” As of March 25, 2025, there were approximately 16 registered holders of our
common stock, which does not include beneficial owners of our common stock whose shares are held in the names of various securities brokers,
dealers, and registered clearing agencies .
Dividend Policy
We have never declared or paid cash
dividends on our common stock. We do not anticipate declaring or paying any cash dividends on our common stock in the foreseeable future.
We currently intend to retain all available funds and any future earnings to support our operations and finance the growth and development
of our business. Any future determination related to our dividend policy will be made at the discretion of our Board and will depend upon,
among other factors, our results of operations, financial condition, capital requirements, contractual restrictions, business prospects,
and other factors our Board may deem relevant. Further, any future debt facilities we may enter into may contain restrictions on our ability
to pay dividends or make distributions, and any new credit facilities we may enter into may contain similar restrictions.
