located at 110 East 59 th Street, New York, NY 10022, and our telephone number is (212) 938-5000. The cost for our use
of this space is included in the $10,000 per month fee we pay to the sponsor for office space, administrative and shared personnel support
services. We consider our current office space adequate for our current operations.
Item 3. Legal Proceedings.
To the knowledge of our management
team, there is no litigation currently pending or contemplated against us, any of our officers or directors in their capacity as such
or against any of our property.
