Our ordinary shares are traded on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “WVE”.

Dividends
We have never declared or paid cash dividends on our ordinary shares. We currently intend to retain all of our future earnings, if any, to finance the growth and development of our business, and we do not anticipate paying any cash dividends on our ordinary shares in the foreseeable future.
