ITEM 2. PROPERTIES.
We do not own any significant real property, but
one of our subsidiaries leases approximately 5,000 square feet of primarily office space in Connecticut used in connection with our Precision
Logistics segment. The lease expires in 2027. Our Trust Codes subsidiary leases premises approximately 2,000 square feet located in New
Zealand. The lease expires in 2026. We believe that our properties have been well maintained, are suitable and adequate for us to operate
and upon expiration of this lease, we do not anticipate any difficulty in obtaining renewals or alternative space.
