Shareholders We had six shareholders of record as of February 15, 2021. This does not include shares held in the name of a broker, bank or other nominees (typically referred to as being held in “street name”). Dividends We have not declared or paid any cash or stock dividends on our common shares since our inception and do not anticipate declaring or paying any cash or stock dividends in the foreseeable future. Our subsidiaries are restricted from making distributions or dividend payments to us by the loan agreement, subject to certain exceptions.
