We own our headquarters, consisting of approximately 77,000 square feet, which is located on an approximately 8.2-acre parcel in Lafayette, Louisiana. This owned property is subject to a mortgage (see Note 5 to the Financial Statements, included in Part II, Item 8, of this Annual Report on Form 10-K for further information). We believe that the facilities are adequate for our needs for the immediate future and that, should it be needed, additional space can be leased on commercially reasonable terms to accommodate any future growth.
