Our principal executive offices are located at 308 Dorla Court, Suite 206, Zephyr Cove, Nevada, 89448. We lease this property, which comprises approximately 2,090 square feet of office space, from
a third party for a term that ends in October 2027. Additionally, we lease a facility in Farmington, Utah. The space includes 28,970 square feet to be used for technical integration and training. The lease continues through April 2029. We believe
that our office and facility leases are suitable and appropriately support our current business needs.
