Our principal executive offices are located at 308 Dorla Court, Suite 206, Zephyr Cove, Nevada, 89448. We lease this property, which comprises approximately 2,090 square feet of office space, from a third party for
a term that ends in October 2023. We have no other properties and believe that our office facility is suitable and appropriately supports our current business needs.
